Eek, things never seem to settle down around here. Matt and I came home just long enough to shower and head back to the hospital... Lilly gave us a heck of a night Sunday and it turned out she had shrunk down to just 5lbs 14 oz and was literally starving... on top of having a billirubin level of 21! Her pediatrician, who we absolutely love, estimated her to be around an 11 in his office, so imagine how shocked we were to hear it was almost double that! So needless to say, we've been in the hospital praying for quick improvement. And as of this morning she is down to a 15!!
Here are a few pics of our sweet Lilly. You can see why I've been an emotional basketcase!!

Awwwwwwwwwww, poor little Lilly! I hope she bounces right back and you can take her home for Christmas!
I'm sorry to hear of the drama! Is she gaining weight yet?
She's still adorable and I love her sunglasses! Baby's first tanning glasses.
The second picture of Lilly sleeping on her side is PRECIOUS! She takes after her auntie Christyn - I sleep just like that!
You all are in our thoughts and prayers!!
OMG! That poor little bebe. I am sure that she will be just fine, but mama, I can't imagine how stressed and tired and drained you must be feeling. I am prayingprayingpraying for all of you -- and that by Christmas, you'll all be home and catching up on some much-needed rest and family happy times.
(Darn those bilirubins! Remember how mine spiked and I had to get extra bloodwork done when I was taking too many migraine meds? What's the deal with them, anyway?! UGH!)
PS, even with all of the tubes and wires and scary things, she is BEAUTIFUL. :) :) :)
Thought and Prayers to you guys. She looks comfy catching some rays :) I think she wants a drink.
The good thing is that they can help her with this. It could be worse. Count your blessings! I know you are.
Merry Christmas to you!
Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that she is under the weather. I hope you all are having an easier day today!!
Poor baby! Tell Lilly this will be her LAST stint in a tanning bed.
Poor baby and poor mama for being so worried! She is beautiful and looks so strong! When she gets to come home for Christmas make sure you wrap her in bow :)
Ok, maybe a little more than a bow... it can't be 80 degrees on Christmas day EVERYWHERE!
Poor thing, but even with her shades she is absolutely beautiful. I'm hoping she gets to come home before Christmas
